Summary: | The invention particularly relates to an SERS detection device for wheat scab pathogenic spores in air. The device comprises a gas mixing unit, a laser, a hollow-core optical fiber, a spectrograph anda processing unit; the gas mixing unit is used for extracting gas to be detected and sol gas, fully mixing the gas to be detected and the sol gas and introducing the mixture into the hollow-core optical fiber; light emitted by the laser enters the hollow-core optical fiber, mixed gas in the hollow-core optical fiber is irradiated by laser to excite Raman light, the Raman light is received by thespectrograph, and the processing unit analyzes the Raman light to obtain concentration information of gibberellic disease pathogenic spores in air; the invention also discloses a corresponding detection method.
