Summary:The present invention provides an optical resin composition, an optical resin material and applications thereof. The optical resin composition comprises: (a) a polyisocyanate compound, (b) a polythiolcompound, and (c) an amine compound; wherein the polythiol compound comprises pentaerythritol mercapto carboxylic ester and other polythiol compounds which contain more than two mercapto groups; wherein the amine compound is obtained by ammonolysis of halide of amyl polyol.
