The invention relates to a salvage hanging basket which comprises a manned basket body, a mast and an inclined pull rope, a hole is formed in the center of a bottom plate of the basket body, and a positioning block matched with the shape of the hole is arranged at the bottom of the mast; after the positioning blocks are inserted into the open holes, an upper cover plate and a basket supporting plate are used for covering and fixing the central area of the bottom plate of the basket and the upper sides and the lower sides of the positioning blocks respectively, so that positioning and fixing ofthe bottom plate of the basket and the positioning blocks are achieved; and the inclined pull rope is connected with and tensions the upper part of the mast and the side surface of the basket.
