Summary: | The invention discloses a manufacturing method of a heat preservation film of an energy-saving composite window. The method comprises the following steps: 1) putting 25-30 parts of butyl acrylate, 18-20 parts of ethyl acrylate, 7-9 parts of methacrylic acid, 44-50 parts of styrene, 15-20 parts of butadiene and 6-10 parts of alkyl lithium into a reaction kettle, reacting for 10-15 min while the temperature is kept at 80-85 DEG C, and the stirring speed is 4200-4600 r/min, and keeping for later use; 2) putting 3-4 parts of ethyl acetate, 10-14 parts of dichloromethane and 33-36 parts of phenolicresin into a colloid mill, and mixing for 5-8 minutes at the rotating speed of 6500-6600 r/min for later use; and (3) mixing the raw materials obtained in the step (1) and the raw materials obtainedin the step (2), putting the mixture into a heating kettle, keeping the temperature at 2800-300 DEG C, heating for 5-10 minutes, and carrying out extrusion forming to obtain a film with the thicknessof 2 mm.
