The invention discloses a wood cutting-grinding integrated device. The wood cutting-grinding integrated device comprises a cutting main body and an auxiliary mechanism, wherein the cutting main body comprises a supporting seat and a circular saw blade; a first motor is fixed to a lower side face of the supporting seat; the circular saw blade is fixed to a rotating shaft of the first motor; a rightside of a saw cut is provided with a limiting plate; two horizontal cross bars are arranged above a back side of the circular saw blade; the cross bars are fixedly connected with the supporting seatthrough support rods; slide blocks of the auxiliary mechanism are connected to the cross bars in a sliding way; and the auxiliary mechanism comprises a second motor, grinding rods, a push plate and the slide blocks. According to the wood cutting-grinding integrated device, wood is cut by the cutting main body, and meanwhile the push plate on the auxiliary mechanism applies acting force to cuttingholes of the wood to preven
