Summary: | The invention discloses a naproxen zinc complex with antibacterial activity and a preparation method thereof, and belongs to the technical fields of complex synthesis and medicinal chemistry. According to the invention, naproxen and 1,3-propane diamine are respectively used as a main ligand and a second ligand, zinc ions are used as central ions, and a solvent evaporation method is utilized to prepare the naproxen zinc complex with a mononuclear structure. It is found through detection that the MIC values of the complex, naproxen and a positive control drug ciprofloxacin about the minimal inhibitory concentration of staphylococcus aureus are 56.25 [mu]g/mL, larger than 225 [mu]g/mL and 1.76 [mu]g/mL respectively, and therefore it is shown that the antibacterial activity of the complex is superior to that of naproxen and the complex has certain antibacterial activity.
