The arrangement (1) comprises a heating element (13) and a control unit (15). The heating element (13) is arranged to heat a portion (17', 17'', 17''', 17''') of the lubrication system (3). The control unit (15) is configured to monitor thesupply of lubricant in the lubrication system (3) by monitoring the change in temperature of the portion (17', 17'', 17''', 17''') of the lubrication system (3).
