The invention discloses a direct type backlight module. The direct type backlight module comprises an optical film set, an inner reflection frame and a mini-LED lamp panel which are arranged from topto bottom. A light-transmitting structure is arranged on the lower surface of the inner reflection frame, so that light emitted by the mini-LED lamp panel enters the inner reflection frame through thelight-transmitting structure. A first reflection structure is arranged on the upper surface of the interior of the inner reflection frame, and the first reflection structure corresponds to a mini-LEDchip. Aa second reflection structure is arranged on the lower surface of the interior of the inner reflection frame, and the second reflection structure and the first reflection structure are arranged in a staggered mode, so that visible light is reflected by the first reflection structure and the second reflection structure multiple times and then uniformly emitted to the light emitting side ofthe direct type backlight mo
