Link CpCAF1 gene promoters of four different lengths. Thepromoters are constitutive promoters, up regulation of the expression level of downstream genes can be achieved under the induction action of abiotic stress. A reference is provided for related regulation of the adversity stress of Chinonanthus praecox(L.) Link through the study of the promoters, and meanwhile, a new choice is provided for the research of gene engineering of plants.
