The invention discloses a hand-operated nursing bed for critical patients. The nursing bed comprises a bed frame, a rotating mechanism and a lifting mechanism; and a bed board is laid on the bed frame, the bed board is composed of a back board and a lower limb board, the back board is hinged to the lower limb board, the middle of the lower limb board is provided with an adjusting board in the length direction of the bed frame, the rotating mechanism and the lifting mechanism are arranged on the bed frame and located on the lower portion of the bed board, the rotating mechanism is connected tothe back board, and the lifting mechanism is connected to the adjusting board. According to the hand-operated nursing bed, the adjustable adjusting board is arranged in the center of the lower limb board, and the adjusting board is driven by the lifting mechanism to move up and down. When a patient needs to be cleaned, the adjusting board is moved downwards, a gap is formed in the middle of the lower limb board, a washing
