The invention discloses an input and output resource management method and device, computer equipment and a storage medium. The method can be used for managing storage equipment resources of the cloudplatform; a target storage device for which a storage device IO request aims can be determined; determining a target control group to which the IO request of the storage device belongs, the request is added into a request set of a target control group to which the request belongs, a state identifier of the target control group can be determined based on a management list to which the target control group belongs, then a first target control group is determined, and the state identifier is used for representing the current submitting speed of the IO request and is determined by a token bucketof the target control group. Therefore, based on the token bucket and the management list, the appropriate first target control group can be quickly and flexibly selected, and the target storage device IO request is selected f
