The invention provides an early sowing method of peanut seedlings. The method comprises the following steps of (1) seed selection, wherein after seed drying with shells, shelling is conducted, and seeds with full seed kernels, uniform sizes and normal seed coat colors are selected; (2) seed soaking and germination accelerating, wherein the seeds are put into a constant-temperature soaking solutionat 50 DEG C for seed soaking, the soaked seeds are put into a plastic basin, the plastic basin is covered with wet cloth or a towel, water spraying and humidifying are conducted, and the plastic basin is put into a constant-temperature box for germination accelerating; and (3) seedling transplanting, wherein organic nutrient soil is laid in a lattice seedling tray, germinated seeds are inserted into the lattice seedling tray with teeth facing downwards, the lattice seedling tray is covered with the organic nutrient soil, water spraying and humidifying are conducted, the whole lattice seedlingtray is put into a greenh
