The method comprises the steps of S1), collecting basic data in real time; S2) calculating the acceleration a required by a large hook to move from the current large hook height position to the height limitposition under the uniform deceleration condition; S3) judging whether the acceleration a is smaller than the minimum intervention acceleration or not; S4) judging whether the large hook is in a light load state or not; S5) judging whether the current large hook speed exceeds the speed limit of the drill bit position or not; S6) judging whether the acceleration a is greater than the maximum braking capacity or not; S7) adjusting a motor according to the maximum braking capability; and S8) enabling a brake to output the maximum braking force.
