Summary: | The invention discloses a preparation method of a soft and hard integrated PVC pipe, wherein the conduit material comprises a polyvinyl chloride resin, and comprises, 5-20 parts by weight of an acrylate cross-linking agent, 10-30 parts by weight of a plasticizer, 1-4 parts by weight of a stabilizer, 0.1-3 parts by weight of polyethylene wax and 0.2-3 parts by weight of an anti-yellowing agent based on every 100 parts by weight of the polyvinyl chloride resin serving as base resin and contained in the material. The method comprises the following operation steps: accurately weighing and granulating the contained raw materials, and drawing a pipe in an extruder to obtain a PVC hose; and shielding a soft section required by the obtained PVC hose by using an irradiation shielding plate, and performing irradiation processing on a hard section required by the PVC hose to obtain a product.
