Summary: | The invention provides a crude oil low-temperature demulsifier and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing raw materials of isopropanol, polyethylenepolyamine, ethylene oxide and propylene oxide, and reacting under the action of a catalyst to obtain polyether; and mixing the obtained polyether, polyalkyl siloxane and an initiator, and reacting toobtain the crude oil low-temperature demulsifier. The demulsifier with multiple branched chains, a star-shaped structure and high relative molecular mass is prepared through the mutual cooperation reaction of the raw materials, has a good chemical dehydration effect on crude oil, and can maintain good performance at the low temperature 10 DEG C higher than the freezing point of the crude oil.
