The chiral phosphoric acid with a novel structure is constructed, the variety of chiral phosphoric acid catalysts is enriched, and compared with existing chiral phosphoric acid, the chiral phosphoric acid has more excellent enantioselectivity in catalysis of asymmetric reaction. The inventionfurther discloses a preparation method of the chiral phosphoric acid.
