Summary: | The invention discloses a direct-current fault ride-through control method of a hybrid MMC type multi-port solid-state transformer. Re-distribution of fault energy is realized by using an energy transmission path provided by a post-stage in which DAB circuits connected with MMC module capacitors in the MMC type multi-port solid-state transformer are connected in parallel. Not only can excess energy in an MSM be transferred to an HBSM to avoid voltage out-of-limit, but also voltage balance of all modules can be realized in a fault clearing process according to actual requirements, so that convenience is provided for SST quick restart.
本发明公开了一种混合MMC型多端口固态变压器的直流故障穿越控制方法,利用MMC型多端口固态变压器中各MMC模块电容所连接DAB电路并联在一起的后级所提供的能量传输路径来实现故障能量的再分配,不仅能将MSM中的多余能量转移到HBSM中来避免电压越限,而且能根据实际需要在故障清除过程中即实现所有模块的电压平衡从而为SST快速重启提供便利。 |
