The invention relates to a data processing method and device, computer equipment and a storage medium, and the method comprises the steps that the computer equipment extracts user data and signaling data in transmission data between a BBU (Base Band Unit) and an RRU (Radio Remote Unit), wherein protocols adopted by the BBU and the RRU are different when the BBU and the RRU transmit data respectively, then, the user data is encapsulated based on an encapsulation rule of a protocol adopted by a receiving end for transmitting the data to obtain target user data, the signaling data is converted into target signaling data which can be identified by the receiving end according to the protocol, and finally, the target user data and the target signaling data are sent to the receiving end.
