Summary: | The invention discloses a preparation process of a 125 DEG C flame-retardant insulating material for a new energy automobile wire. The preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing silane modified magnesium hydroxide, silicone resin, silane modified aluminum hydroxide, polyethylene wax, an antioxidant, a crosslinking agent, polyethylene glycol distearate and 1-3 parts of N-amino phthalimide in a high-speed mixer for 6-10 minutes to obtain a first mixture; mixing a polyolefin elastomer, an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, a styrene-butadiene copolymer, residual polyethylene glycol distearate and the first mixture in the high-speed mixer for 8-15 minutes to obtain a second mixture; putting the second mixture into a kneading machine, and mixing for 15-30 minutes at the temperatureof 110-150 DEG C to obtain a mixed material.
