When the coal mining machine roller works, the vibration of the roller induces the fixed iron ring and the movable iron ring to move relatively and extrude the piezoelectric ceramic, the extruded piezoelectric ceramic forms voltage at an input end and an output end of the multi-turn coil, current circulates in the multi-turn coil and the coil is excited to generate a magnetic field, the magnetic field induces the magnetostrictive material to deform and the deformation is accurately measured by the fiber grating sensor, and finally vibration information of the coal mining machine roller is obtained through backstepping according to a measurement result of the fiber grating sensor.
