The invention relates to the field of clutches, in particular to a self-adjusting clutch. The self-adjusting clutch comprises a fixing shell, a connecting mechanism, fixing screws, oil injection mechanisms, sealing plugs, first oil grooves, second oil grooves, fixing grooves, extrusion mechanisms, push rods, sponge mats, receiving grooves and extrusion rods. According to the self-adjusting clutch,the sealing plugs are opened to inject lubricating oil in the inner parts of the first oil grooves, the lubricating oil flows to the inner parts of the second oil grooves from the first oil grooves and further flows to the surfaces of the sponge mats in the inner parts of the fixing grooves, the fixing grooves are formed, on one hand, jamming between the fixing screws and the fixing shells is avoided, on the other hand, installation of the sponge mats is achieved, the receiving grooves in the surfaces of the spongy mats facilitate immersion of the lubricating oil; and the push rods on the twosides of each fixing scre
