Summary: | The invention discloses low-refractive-index optical fiber inner layer coating and a preparation method thereof. The coating is prepared from the following components in percentage by weight: 50 to 70percent of a fluorinated urethane acrylate oligomer, 10 to 30 percent of a fluorinated monofunctional monomer, 10 to 30 percent of a fluorinated bifunctional monomer, 1 to 5 percent of an initiator,0.2 to 2 percent of a silane coupling agent and 0.3 to 2 percent of a leveling agent. The coating has the characteristics of low refractive index, large modulus and excellent bare optical fiber adhesion, and can effectively improve the numerical aperture of optical signal transmission while ensuring the mechanical properties of the optical fiber.
本发明公开了一种低折射率光纤内层涂料及其制备方法;所述低折射率光纤内层涂料,按重量百分比,其各组分的含量为:氟化聚氨酯丙烯酸酯低聚物50-70%、氟化单官单体10-30%、氟化双官单体10-30%、引发剂1-5%、硅烷偶联剂0.2-2%、流平剂0.3-2%。该涂料具有折射率低、模量大、和裸光纤附着力优异的特点,可以在保证光纤机械性能的同时有效提高光信号传输的数值孔径。 |
