Summary: | The present invention discloses an adjustable voltage mode cell perforating membrane-penetrating system. The adjustable voltage mode cell perforating membrane-penetrating system comprises a nanotube array sensor, an adjustable voltage pulse generating device and a host computer; the adjustable voltage pulse generating device is composed of a power circuit, a controller, a numerically controlled voltage source, a pulse drive circuit and a pulse output circuit. The numerically controlled voltage source comprises a DAC circuit, a voltage amplifying circuit and a power output circuit connected insequence. The DAC circuit is composed of a TLC5615 chip and a 2.5V reference voltage circuit.
