The invention discloses a concrete mixer and a concrete production process using the same and belongs to the field of concrete production. The concrete mixer comprises a rack and a mixing bin arrangedon the rack. A mixing mechanism is arranged in the mixing bin. The rack is provided with a driving mechanism driving the mixing mechanism to operate. The two ends of a conveying pipe are sealed. A rotary shaft is rotationally arranged in the conveying pipe and is provided with a spiral blade in the axial direction of the rotary shaft. A discharge pipe communicating with the interior of the mixingbin is arranged on the upper end side wall of the conveying pipe. The lower end upper side wall of the conveying pipe is provided with a feed hopper communicating with the conveying pipe. The conveying pipe is provided with a driving part driving the rotary shaft to rotate. The side wall, above the feed hopper, of the conveying pipe is provided with a downwards formed water outlet. The water outlet is provided with a firs
