The invention provides a stress-free pressing device. The stress-free pressing device converts external force pressing into internal force pressing so as to achieve that no stress exists at the supporting position and the pressing position on a product. The stress-free pressing device solves the problem that when the product is clamped, large pressing stress causes machining deformation. The stress-free pressing device comprises two guide sleeves which are in sliding fit with each other and arranged on two layers. The first guide sleeve eliminates force at the supporting position through a jackscrew, so that stress-free supporting is achieved; the second guide sleeve enables a jaw to be tensioned on a support seat through cooperation between a belleville spring and a tensioning shaft, so that pressing is achieved through the internal force of the jaw, and pressing stress is eliminated.
