The invention provides a color adjustment method and device and a computer readable storage medium, and relates to the technical field of image processing. The method comprises the steps of determining an adjustment area corresponding to edge pixels, wherein the adjustment area comprises a plurality of pixels; obtaining color information of each similar pixel and color information of the edge pixels in the adjustment area, wherein the pixel type of the similar pixels is consistent with the pixel type of the edge pixels; and adjusting parameter values of the edge pixels according to the color information of each similar pixel, the color information of the edge pixels and a brightness parameter of the edge pixels. According to the invention, the parameter values of the edge pixels are adjusted, so that the adjusted parameter values are enabled to be closer to the real parameter values corresponding to the edge pixels, the condition that pseudo-color pixels appear in an RGB image after aBayer image is converted
