The invention relates to a body temperature monitoring system. The system comprises a temperature measuring device and a client. The temperature measuring device comprises an infrared temperature measuring module, a single-chip microcomputer and a communication module. The infrared temperature measurement module is used for collecting the temperature signal of a human body; the output end of the infrared temperature measurement module is connected with the input end of the single-chip microcomputer, the output end of the single-chip microcomputer is connected with the input end of the communication module, and the output end of the communication module is connected with the input end of the client. The single-chip microcomputer is used for sending the temperature signal to the client through the communication module for storage and monitoring.
