Summary: | The invention relates to an aviation airborne coaxial cable and a preparation method thereof. The cable comprises an inner conductor, and the outer wall of the inner conductor is coated with a sintered PTFE emulsion to form a solid layer; the solid layer wraps an insulating layer; the insulating layer is wrapped by a silver-plated flat copper strip to form an outer conductor layer; the outer conductor layer is coated with a stable layer at a high temperature; an anti-electromagnetic shielding layer is woven outside the stable layer; and an outer sheath is extruded outside the anti-electromagnetic shielding layer. According to the invention, the cable is obtained through a preparation method comprising the steps of forming the inner conductor, coating the solid layer, wrapping the insulating layer, wrapping the outer conductor layer, extruding the stable layer, weaving the anti-electromagnetic shielding layer and extruding the outer sheath in sequence.
