Summary: | The invention provides a wireless voltage sensor and a preparation method thereof. AC high voltage on a power transmission line is converted into DC low voltage through a rectification circuit, a voltage signal is converted into a frequency modulation type radio frequency signal through the voltage sensor, and part of transistors in the sensor are replaced by resistance wires, so that the occupiedarea is reduced, and the whole structure of the circuit is enabled to be simpler. In addition, a resistance oscillator is established on a gallium nitride/aluminum gallium nitride heterojunction substrate with high electron mobility, and a transmitting end does not need complex buffer amplification, digital-to-analog conversion and a central controller. Meanwhile, the advantages of high-voltage breakdown resistance, high anti-interference capability and high transmitting frequency are achieved.
