Summary: | The invention discloses a method of increasing air quantity of a centrifugal fan. On the premise of keeping the geometrical shape of an exhaust outlet of a volute unchanged, a molded line of the volute is optimized. In the optimized molded line of the volute, the radius of a volute tongue is decreased and an expansion angle of an outlet is increased. The section form of a volute outlet has a tendency to a gas flowing direction. Speed distribution in the optimized volute is smoother, so that the flowing loss is reduced. The speed change at the optimized volute tongue becomes gentle and the flowing state of a fluid in a runner is improved, so that pressure pulsation in the volute tongue area is reduced and the flowing loss at the volute tongue is reduced.
