Summary: | The invention discloses a production process of a tea leaf carbon infrared heating environment-friendly fabric. The fabric is formed by weaving tea leaf carbon fibers with the fineness being 12-18 S and blended yarns with the fineness being 32-40 S on a towel single-sided machine according to a weaving mode of flannelette; and the blended yarns are formed by blending cotton and polyester. The fabric comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 23.3-24.6% of the tea leaf carbon fibers, 44.7-46.6% of the cotton and 30.1-30.7% of polyester. The production process comprises the following steps of weaving, pre-treating, dyeing, dewatering, slitting, drying, setting, napping and shearing, re-setting, and obtaining of the finished fabric. The production process adopts the tea leaf carbon fibers to produce the fabric; the tea leaf carbon fibers can convert infrared rays radiated by the human body into far infrared rays, and effective heat storage temperature rise is realized, so that the fabric not only |
