Summary:The invention relates to an early-strength cement-based grouting material prepared from prehydrated fly ash. The early-strength cement-based grouting material comprises the following components in parts by weight: 100 parts of quick-hardening ordinary Portland cement, 28 to 39 parts of phosphogypsum, 33 to 40 parts of ground slag powder, 25 to 32 parts of prehydrated fly ash, 78 to 90 parts of sand, 2.0 to 5.0 parts of a water reducing agent, 0.3 to 0.7 part of a composite early strength agent, and 0.3 to 0.7 part of an antifoaming agent.
