The invention discloses a hanging type thermos bottle. The bottle comprises an upper shell, a lower shell, a bottle cap, a heat preservation inner container, a hanging net bag, a limiting nylon rope,a first soft rubber ring, a second soft rubber ring and elastic soft cushions. A clamping groove and a hanging ring are respectively arranged at the upper part and the lower part of the inner wall ofthe lower shell. The upper end of the hanging net bag is fixed to the clamping groove, and the lower end of the hanging net bag is fixed to the hanging ring through the limiting nylon rope. The heat preservation inner container is located in a cavity structure of the hanging net bag and extends upwards to the position above the upper shell.
