Provided are a three-dimensional modeling device, a control method of the device, and a control program of the device which are easy and quick to produce replicas. The three-dimensional modeling device comprises a light-irradiating part for irradiating different types of first laser and second laser, a light-receiving part that receives the reflected light of the first laser light irradiated to anobject from the light-irradiating part, a measurement unit that measures the shape of the object based on the reflected light; and a control unit that controls irradiation of material of the three-dimensional shaped object with the second laser light of the light irradiation unit based on the shape of the object measured by the measurement unit.
