The invention discloses an integral vulcanization production process of an inflatable sealing ring. The process comprises the following steps that a mixed rubber raw material is conveyed into an extruder for processing to obtain a required tubular rubber strip; the tubular rubber strip is conveyed into a splicer for splicing to obtain an annular inflatable sealing ring tire blank; and the annularinflatable sealing ring tire blank and a tire valve are conveyed into a vulcanization tank for vulcanization respectively.
