The preparation method has the main beneficial effects that the sulfide solid electrolyte is modified by adding the oxide, and metal ions enter crystal lattices, so that the structural stability of sulfide can be effectively improved; the surface of the sulfide solid electrolyte is coated with a layer of lithium phosphate fast ion conductor, so that the high ion diffusion coefficient of the solid electrolyte can be maintained, and the structural stability of the sulfide can be effectively improved.
