Summary: | The invention discloses a graded recovery process for energy of blast furnace gas. According to the process, after the energy of the blast furnace gas undergoes graded recovery, the utilization rate of the energy of the blast furnace gas can be increased by 10%-15%; a calorific value of the blast furnace gas of 1 m is 750 kilocalorie on average, and is equivalent to 0.11 kg of standard coal; blast furnace gas generated by per ton of iron in iron making industry is generally 1700-2200 m /t (calculated by the minimum value 1700 m /t), and thus, for a small iron making enterprise annuallyproducing one million tons of iron, energy recovered for more than one year is equivalent to 18700-28000 tons of standard coal.
