The liquid crystal monomer modified acrylic resin is adopted, and theliquid crystal modified acrylic resin is higher in hardness, good in high-temperature resistance and high in flame retardance after being crosslinked and cured with amino resin; the fluorine-containing monomers perfluorononyloxy polyethylene glycol acrylate and perfluorocyclohexyl acrylate improve the water resistance and acid, alkali and salt resistance of the cured coating; perfluorononyloxy polyethylene glycol acrylate replaces conventional monomer acrylic acid, a traditional amine neutralizer does not need to be added into the coating, and the smell is smaller. 本发明涉及一种基于液晶改性丙烯酸树脂的高硬度防腐水性烘烤涂料,采用液晶单体改性丙烯酸树脂,液晶改性的丙烯酸树脂在于氨基树脂交联固化后硬度更高,耐高温性能好,且具有较高的阻燃性;含氟单体全氟壬基氧基聚乙二醇丙烯酸酯、丙烯酸全氟环己酯提高了涂料固化后的耐水性、耐酸碱盐性;全氟壬基氧基聚乙二醇丙烯酸酯代替常规单体丙烯酸,本发明涂料无需加入传统胺类中和剂,气味更小。
