Summary: | The invention provides a fuel cell control method and device. The method comprises the following steps: obtaining the residual electric quantity of a power cell at a first moment after electric equipment is started; comparing the residual electric quantity with a first electric quantity threshold; when the residual electric quantity is greater than the first electric quantity threshold, selectinga power point smaller than the theoretical charging power as the output power of a fuel cell so as to control the fuel cell to output; and when the residual electric quantity is less than the first electric quantity threshold, selecting a power point greater than the theoretical charging power as the output power of the fuel cell so as to control the fuel cell to output.
