Summary:A special trolley electromagnetic gripper for splicing corrugated plates can quickly and stably grab the corrugated plates, the characteristics of flexible movement and multiple functions of a trolleyand a trolley mechanical arm are utilized, the construction efficiency is improved, and accurate and rapid high-quality splicing of the corrugated plates is achieved. The electromagnetic gripper is fixedly mounted at the front end of the trolley mechanical arm, and the rear end of the trolley mechanical arm is hinged to a trolley base through joints. The electromagnetic gripper comprises an electromagnetic chuck and an electromagnetic device. The electromagnetic chuck is fixedly mounted on a front port in a bottom shell.
