The invention discloses a manufacturing method of inflatable sealing rings. According to the manufacturing method, a sheet or strip type raw material can directly fill an extruder feeder; an extruderhead is matched with a corresponding special mold to extrude a required tubular rubber strip, and the extruded tubular rubber strip is directly fed into a vulcanizing line to be pre-vulcanized; the pre-vulcanized tubular rubber strip is fed into an automatic cutting machine to be cut into the standard length and cuts and fed into an automatic splicer to be spliced to obtain preformed inflatable sealing ring blanks; air taps are mounted to the corresponding positions of the inflatable sealing ring blanks to obtain inflatable sealing ring performing assemblies; and finally, the inflatable sealing ring performing assemblies are mounted in a vulcanization tank to be vulcanized to obtain finished products.
