Summary:The present invention relates to a catalyst system consisting of component A, component B and component C. It is applicable to olefine polymerization and copolymerization. Its solid catalyst component A is prepared by using the following method; the molten magnesium halide alcoholate is passed through metal slender tubes and pressure-injected into a cooling medium, and solidified into particles, and then the particles are passed through the treatment process by titanium halide and carboxylic ester, and its particle size and distribution can be controlled, and the component B has the characteristic reflection peak appearance in x-ray diffraction spectrum, and the component B is a metal organic aluminium compound of I-III group of periodic table: and the component C is an organic silane compound. Said catalyst system features high activity, high orientation effect, good polymer form, narrow grain-size distribution, high stacking density and good fluidity.
