The invention relates to a white-to-black pavement structure and a white-to-black pavement construction method. The asphalt pavement structure comprises an asphalt pavement layer and a resonance treated old concrete foundation layer which are arranged up and down, the old concrete foundation layer comprises an upper resonance gravel layer and a lower concrete interlocking layer with oblique cracks, and emulsified asphalt is filled among gravels of the resonance gravel layer.
