By using the robot teaching welding gun motion trails, welding gun nozzle heights and angles, a first welded joint of a priming coat is welded by means of robot teaching, and welded joints apart from the first welded joint of the priming coat can be automatically operated by setting welded joint offset dimensions and welding gun angles. By adoption of the technological method disclosed in the invention, pumped storage upstream and downstream flange aluminium bronze surfacing can beachieved, welding universality and operability are greatly improved, the quality of the welded joints can be effectively improved and production efficiency is also improved.
