The invention provides a smash-ridging device, and relates to the field of tillage machinery. The smash-ridging device comprises a rack, a transmission mechanism and a rotary tillage mechanism which is installed on the rack in a folding mode, wherein travelling wheels are horizontally and rotatably installed on the lower portion of the rack, and the rotary tillage mechanism comprises a folding frame and a rotary grinding drill which is rotatably installed on the folding frame; the folding frame and the rack are rotatably connected, a limiting part is arranged between the folding frame and therack, and the rotary tillage mechanism is provided with a working position where the rotary tillage mechanism is fixed to the rack through the limiting part, and a retraction position where the rotarytillage mechanism is released from the rack through the limiting part; when the rotary tillage mechanism is in the working position, a rotating axis of the rotary grinding drill vertically extends, and when the rotary tillage
