The invention discloses special modified asphalt for U-pave, a preparation method and application of the modified asphalt in ultrathin pavement. The special modified asphalt for the U-pave comprises the following components in parts by weight: 100 parts of matrix asphalt, 3-10 parts of a thermoplastic elastomer, 0.1-5 parts of a stabilizer, 1-6 parts of rubber oil, 3-8 parts of waste plastic particles and 0.5-2 parts of an auxiliary additive. And the auxiliary additive is prepared by synthesizing bisphenol A, aldehyde, polyethylene polyamine and epoxy chloropropane in a solvent. According to the invention, a specific ratio and a processing technology are adopted; the special modified asphalt for the U-pave, which is obtained after compounding, can still have relatively good performance ofa mixture for paving the U-pave under the condition that the mixing temperature of the mixture is reduced; the preparation process is simple and good in economy, and can be further applied to paving of U-pave10 mixtures to re
