Summary:The invention discloses a production method of a superfine silver-tin binary alloy powder used for an electronic paste. The method comprises the following steps of (1) selecting production equipment;(2) putting silver and tin into a crucible in a metal heating evaporation system according to a weight ratio; (3) starting an air blower in a power system, and replacing air in the system with an inert gas till that the system is in an oxygen-free atmosphere; (4) rapidly melting the metal in the crucible into a metal liquid under heating of a high-temperature plasma, and forming metal steam on a liquid level of the crucible; (5) sucking the metal steam into a metal steam condensation powder forming system under carrying of the inert gas; and (6) making the metal alloy powder enter into a gas-dust separation system.
