The chilled water system control comprises water chilling unit addition and reduction control and chilled water pump frequency conversion control; the cooling water system control comprises cooling water pump frequency conversion control and cooling tower fan frequency conversion control; and the air treatment system control comprises airsupply volume control and fresh air ratio control.
