The invention discloses a punching and trimming composite die. The punching and trimming composite die comprises a lower die structure and an upper die structure, wherein the upper die structure is matched with the lower die structure; the lower die structure comprises a lower die plate, and a male die which is fixedly connected to the upper end of the lower die plate; the upper die structure comprises an upper die plate, a base plate which is fixedly connected with the upper die plate, an upper die fixing plate which is fixedly connected to the lower part of the base plate, and at least one group of female die inserts which are fixedly connected with the surface of the upper die fixing plate, wherein movable edge cutting assemblies are arranged on the front side and the rear side of the male die. At least one group of sliding block assembly is arranged on the periphery of the lower die plate, and the lower end of the base plate is fixedly connected with at least one group of punchingassemblies. The invention
