Summary: | Modified environment-friendly bamboo-wood fiber board composite glue includes, by weight, 30-50 parts of neo-pentyl glycol/phthalic anhydride, 10-20 parts of polypropylene oxide glycol, 10-20 parts ofpolycaprolactone diol, 5-15 parts of polycarbonate diol, 8-18 parts of diphenylmethane diisocyanate, 0.1-0.5 parts of dibutyltin dilaurate, 1-2 parts of trimethylolpropane, 1-3 parts of 1,4-butanediol, 80-150 parts of ethyl acetate, 50-80 parts of tackifying resin, 75-120 parts of dimethyl carbonate, and 10-25 parts of an isocyanate curing agent. In the invention, a compound glue liquid is generated through a reaction of the neo-pentyl glycol/phthalic anhydride, polypropylene oxide glycol, polycaprolactone diol, polycarbonate diol, diphenylmethane diisocyanate, dibutyltin dilaurate, trimethylolpropane, 1,4-butanediol, and ethyl acetate; by means of the tackifying resin, the composite glue keeps high crystallization rate and high cohesion strength and also has high flexibility and immersibility.
